SHIPPING
Unless otherwise noted, Beachbody will use its best efforts to ship products within four weeks of the receipt of a properly completed order. However, any delivery or shipment date provided by Beachbody to you is Beachbody's good-faith estimate. You understand that product availability may be limited and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. Beachbody shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.
